The Teela treadmill is equipped with an intuitive interface that allows you to adjust the speed according to 12 training programs monitor all important information through the 5.5-inch LCD display: time, distance traveled, estimated calories burned, speed; instead, you will be able to monitor your heart rate just by placing your hands for a couple seconds on the special sensors built into the handlebar to immediately reveal the number of heart beats per minute.
