Designed to fit the LISA Etna BBQ models and compatible with commercial BBQs featuring a 60 x 40 cm cooking area, the fat-collecting grill is produced in Italy with top quality AISI 304 stainless steel, ideal for direct contact with food. The surface of the ‘V’ profile blades, which are polished to a mirror finish, facilitate the passage of cooking juices flow into the collection tray, while also promoting easy cleaning when grilling is complete. The handles can be removed to avoid interference while cooking and the fat-collecting tray can be easily removed, emptied and cleaned. All components of the grill can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher.
