The high quality painted cast iron plates are absolutely sturdy and are securely fixed to the handlebar through reliable collars that prevents loosening during exercise.

Dumbbells and barbells are particularly suitable for muscle building exercises, especially for upper limbs, but they can also be used during aerobic cardiovascular workout. Depending on your fitness level, the Hercules set offers you the possibility to load the handlebar with a series of plates ranging from 0.5 kg to 5 kg.
