The 20 kg Hercules kit contains a set of weights and a pair of adjustable dumbbells to perform resistance training wherever you are.
Hercules is a very practical and versatile kit that allows you to calibrate the weight according to your needs and your physical shape; that's why it is really suitable for everyone, even for those who want to get back in shape or train with greater or lesser intensity at home but without sacrificing the efficicency of a professional tool.
The set includes a pair of threaded chrome-plated steel handlebars with a non-slip rubber grip and a set of plates of different weights. The high quality painted cast iron plates are absolutely sturdy and are securely fixed to the handlebar through a ferrule that prevents loosening during exercise.
Dumbbells are particularly suitable for muscle building exercises, especially for upper limbs, but they can also be used during aerobic cardiovascular workout. Depending on your fitness level, the Hercules set offers you the possibility to load the handlebar with a series of plates ranging from 0.5 kg to 2.5 kg. Since they are adjustable dumbbells, the choice of exercises is virtually infinite and you can perform from the most classic curls for biceps, to French presses for triceps up to presses on the bench to strengthen the pectorals, all with one tool.
Thanks to their space-saving design, you can store dumbbells and weights in their practical case and carry them wherever you want, to perform your workouts even outdoors.
