The balls are expelled at an adjustable speed between 3 and 30 meters per second, allowing you to also impart a spinning effect, thus raising the difficulty level of the exercise.
The robot can be loaded with a minimum of 10 balls and up to 120: this way, you can determine the duration of the training session and, consequently, the level of physical effort required. It is important to note that the balls, once launched, do not follow a fixed and repeated trajectory: each strike has a random bounce point, forcing the athlete to maintain maximum concentration in order to hit the ball optimally and with the right strength.
