The Hannya power tower station is what is most commonly referred to as the 'Roman bench', that is, a tool specifically designed to work the upper muscle group, i.e. arms, deltoids, biceps, triceps, pectorals, shoulders and back, through which it is possible to perform all functional exercises with the weight of your body.
Pull-ups, push-ups, dips, leg raises, inverted rowing... the variety of workouts offered by this functional fitness station is almost unlimited: with the pull-up bar, together with the push-in bars for dips and push-ups, you'll go to strengthen the shoulders, arms, pectorals and abdominal area, through targeted and multi-joint exercises, all on a single tool that occupies just over 2 square meters.
The steel structure of this power tower consists of two sturdy vertical crosspieces, welded to a support base with very resistant horizontal crosspieces that guarantee maximum station safety as well as excellent stability in the execution of any exercise.
Once assembled, the main adjustment of the Hannya power tower station only concerns the position of the backrest for lifting the legs according to height; the absence of further adjustments, in addition to increasing solidity and reliability of this Roman bench, allows you to carry out training sessions in a free circuit and without having to stop between one exercise and another.
