The structure of this smokeless barbecue is remarkably robust both inside and outside: it is a double-wall barbecue, meaning that the outer wall can be safely touched, lifted and moved without accidental burns of the hands. The grill above the charcoal chamber has a diameter of 31 cm (suitable for preparing food for up to 6 people). Every component is made of high quality stainless steel and can be disassembled for easier cleaning.
The incredibly efficient ventilation system allows for homogeneous and natural cooking with no emission of smoke. The ventilation system is powered by AA batteries, or via USB port, a feature that makes this barbecue even more practical to use and easy to set up.
