The Hordak treadmill is a very popular model because it allows you to carry out a complete and widely varied aerobic workout, with excellent cardio exercises to obtain a correct physical shape and above all comfortably at home. The Hordak treadmill has an avant-garde design highlighted by a gritty black color and professional shape, whose compact dimensions make it perfect for use even in confined spaces. Its structure is also foldable and equipped with practical omnidirectional wheels placed under it, allowing it to be easily stored after use.
The Hordak treadmill is a silent and reliable tool, able to offer a complete and very comfortable running experience: its particular comfort is due to the 48 cm wide walking surface that is equipped with a 'shock absorbing' system which greatly reduces stress on the knees and joints during the training session; the inclination of the platform is managed electronically, while the speed is adjustable from 0.8 to 18 km / h, ideal for working on the cardiovascular system while toning the muscles of the legs and buttocks.
The HODark treadmill is equipped with a computerized interface with 12 training and 3 cooldown programs to train progressively by increasing the incline and difficulty according to your fitness. Through the 7-inch LCD digital display it will be possible to monitor in real time the various parameters related to training: distance traveled, time elapsed, calories burned, speed, and inclination; instead, you will be able to monitor your heart rate just by placing your hands for a couple seconds on the special sensors built into the handlebar to immediately reveal the number of heart beats per minute.
The Kinomap App also collects all the parameters related to the training session and allows you to synchronize them with your smartphone so that you can view and monitor all your wellness progress. And for maximum involvement, the AUX and USB inputs coupled with the bluetooth system, allow you to connect devices and play the music playlist for full volume training!
For correct operation of the treadmill, it is absolutely necessary to insert the magnetic safety key in the space provided.
