The Oven Kit is an add-on suitable for the Etna barbecues from the Italian brand LISA and is perfect for preparing delicious dishes with indirect cooking.

With this essential accessory, you can transform the Etna BBQ into a convenient portable oven and cook food more evenly, just like in an oven. Indirect cooking allows you to create flavorful slow-cooked meat recipes and to prepare more delicate foods such as fish, vegetables, bread, pizza, and even desserts. The lid features an integrated thermometer for directly monitoring the oven's internal temperature, and a practical handle enhanced by an elegant insert of canaletto walnut wood. Additionally, it includes a handy cooking tray with a heat shield and adjustable charcoal quantity. Both components of the Oven Kit are made in Italy from durable and resilient AISI 430 stainless steel.
