Designed by the Italian company LISA, a leader in barbecue production, this grill allows you to easily collect meat fats during cooking and direct them into the drip tray.

Suitable for LISA Etna barbecue models and compatible with commercially available barbecues with a 60 x 40 cm cooking surface, the grease collection grill is made in Italy from high-quality AISI 304 stainless steel and is suitable for direct food contact. The V-profile slats, smoothly polished to a mirror finish, facilitate the flow of meat juices into the collection tray and make end-of-grill cleaning easier. The handles can be removed to avoid interference during cooking, and the grease collection tray is easily removable for emptying and cleaning. All components of the grill can be washed by hand or in the dishwasher.
