The pots, pans and saucepans of the product line Vivace are multipurpose tools, suitable for any context and for cooking any type of food. Being designed to prevent food from sticking, they are ideal for fast cooking or "jumping" cooking, of course avoiding the need to add fat condiments. The frame of the pots and pans Vivace is made of aluminium with high thermal conductivity, composed exclusively of aluminium discs, which are excellent heat conductor, light and easy to handle.
The outside of these cooking tools is instead coated with red silicone paint, which, in contrast to the black nonstick inner coating, gives a modern and elegant appearance. The entire item is sealed in a rectified base and an average thickness of 2.5 mm. The handles are ergonomic and welded in Bakelite that do not overheat with a soft touch effect, for a more comfortable and manageable experience.
The Vivace pots and pans set consists of: 1 Frying Pan, 1 Shallow Casserole with 2 handles, 2 Casseroles with 2 handles, 1 Saucepan with 1 handle, 2 lids made of stainless steel. All elements are suitable for gas hobs, electric hobs, ceramic glass hobs and halogen hobs. The set of pots and pans is dishwasher safe.
