The metal parts are extremely resistant as they are first subjected to an anti-corrosion galvanizing treatment and then to a protective treatment with multi-layer epoxy paints.
The raw materials and fabrics used by New Plast for the construction of the Futura 400 pool are among the finest on the market and are exclusively of certified European origin and of Italian production. The rectangular tank is inserted into the frame, which is quick to assemble, consisting of a polyester textile support covered with a double high tenacity coating. This treatment, together with the innovative and unalterable materials used for the manufacture, guarantees the high resistance and maximum impermeability of the tank, offering an incredible guarantee of durability. Furthermore, the anti-algae and anti-uv treatment, which is obtained by adding a protective layer on both sides of the fabric, allows the pool long periods of exposure to the most variable climatic conditions (from -30 ° to + 70 °) without change and without suffering damage due to algae, chemicals or sunlight.
